FazolisMenu.net (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users and content sources to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and respond promptly to valid claims of copyright infringement.

1. Our Position on Copyrighted Material

FazolisMenu.net is an independent, fan-run informational blog and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Fazoli’s Restaurants, LLC. We are Fazoli’s fans who created this Site to help other fans easily find up-to-date menu information in one place.

Some images used on this Site depict Fazoli’s food and menu items and are the copyrighted property of Fazoli’s Restaurants, LLC and/or its licensors. We do not claim ownership of these images. Where used, they may have been resized, cropped, or otherwise lightly modified solely to improve page layout and user experience — this does not transfer or affect the original copyright.

We use such images for descriptive, editorial, and informational purposes related to our commentary on Fazoli’s menu offerings. If you are the rights holder and believe our use of an image or other content exceeds fair use or otherwise infringes your copyright, please follow the notice procedure below and we will address it promptly.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice (“DMCA Notice”) to our designated agent (see Section 5) that includes all of the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (e.g., a specific URL) for us to locate it on the Site.
  4. Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Notices missing required information may result in delays.

3. What Happens Next

Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice, we will:

  • Review the claim
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, typically within a reasonable timeframe
  • Notify the party who posted or is responsible for the content (if applicable)

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated agent containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material removed and its location on the Site before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or, if outside the U.S., an appropriate jurisdiction), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA Notice.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the material within the timeframe required by law unless the original complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

Where applicable (e.g., for user-submitted comments or content), we reserve the right to remove content and, if necessary, restrict access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.

7. False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly makes material misrepresentations in a takedown notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. Please be sure of your claim before submitting a notice.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” 15 July 2026.
